1. Who is responsible

2. What we collect, and why

We do not sell your data, and do not use it for advertising.
3. Legal bases (GDPR art. 6)
- Providing the service you asked for (contract): messages, places, wardrobe, language, limits, subscription.
- Our legitimate interest: preventing abuse of the free trial (the coded number), security and technical logs.
- Legal obligation: payment and tax records (kept mainly by Paddle as the seller of record).
- Consent: only for marketing emails, if we ever ask and you agree.

Some providers are outside the EU/EEA (for example in the USA). Transfers rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and/or the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
5. How long we keep it
Until you ask us to erase it (see 6), or after 6 months without any message. When you say "forget me", we delete your account, messages, wardrobe and photos, places and settings, and the technical logs linked to them. We keep only the coded number (so the free trial cannot restart) and the payment records the law requires.
6. Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, erase, restrict or port your data, and object to processing based on legitimate interest. The quickest way to erase everything is to tell Sunny "forget me" (you'll be asked to confirm). For anything else, write to office@iqbiz.ro; we reply within one month. You can also complain to the Romanian data protection authority, ANSPDCP (dataprotection.ro).
7. Age
Sunny is not meant for children under 16.
8. Security
Data is stored on servers we control, access is restricted, and connections are encrypted.
9. This website
The Sunny website itself sets no cookies and runs no analytics or tracking. The checkout page loads Paddle.js, which may set its own cookies for payment and fraud prevention and keeps a short-lived note in your browser's local storage so a completed purchase is not shown twice.
10. Changes
We may update this policy; for important changes we tell you on WhatsApp before they apply.
